YWCA St. Paul’s Annual Report provides a comprehensive summary of their program offerings, successes and financials for donors, funders, supporters and the general public.

With four different program areas, it is a challenge to show how the agency as a whole makes an impact in the community. With this in mind, I formatted the report with a focus on the mission—instead of highlighting each program area separately—and worked with copywriters to weave together stories from all program areas. My other goal was to show impact while keeping the document easy to read, so I utilized pull quotes, ample white space and selective bolding to create text areas that were easy to scan.

In addition to the print document, I also created a digital landing page for the content. The organization did fewer in-person funding and marketing events in 2020 due to Covid-19, so the organization would rely on digital distribution of this document more heavily than it had in previous years.
